How do I find my Google Place ID?

You can find your Place ID using the Google Place ID Finder. Search for your business and copy the Place ID.

Why do I only see 5 reviews?

Google Places API limits the number of reviews returned to a maximum of 5. This is a Google limitation, not a limitation of our app.

How often are reviews updated?

Reviews are cached for 7 days to ensure fast loading times. After 7 days, the app will fetch fresh reviews from Google.

Can I filter reviews by rating?

Yes! In the block settings, you can set a minimum star rating. For example, setting it to 4 will only show reviews with 4 or 5 stars.

The reviews are not showing. What should I do?

Please check:

• Your Google Place ID is correct
• Your business has reviews on Google
• The block is added to a visible section in your theme

Can I customize the colors?

Yes! The app offers full color customization including background color, text color, star color, and card background color.

In which languages are the reviews displayed?

Reviews are displayed in the original language they were written by customers. The admin interface supports 23 languages.

How do I uninstall the app?

Go to your Shopify Admin → Apps → Click on "Google Reviews" → Click "Delete app".
